Meet me to discuss your current fitness levels, way of eating, goals, ambitions and needs and take the first step towards the new you for free. Your first 30 min session will cover where you are, where you want to be and how I will work with you to make sure you get there.

Nordic Walking
Fancy a real workout while you walk ? Nordick walking makes use of your whole body, using 2 walking poles you will learn to use the power from your arms and abs to make you walk faster, stronger and more efficiently. I will teach you the correct techniques that will allow you to work up to 40% harder than normal walking. So why not give this alternative fitness a try.
Boot Camps
Based in St Ives Cornwall, the boot camps will follow the personalised style of my training. Focusing on exactly what you want and need, boot camp will allow you to achieve maximum results in a short space of time. These intensive courses are for 2 – 6 people only and are designed to suit you and your needs.
Nutritional review and Healthy eating
Carbs, calories, proteins, portion sizes ?? Sit down with me and work out what you are really eating and what could suit you better. Conduct a complete nutritional overhaul or just tweek what you are already doing and start on the route to healthy eating. No fad diets, no food is banned and common sense combined with adapting tried and tested theories to your everyday life is the route to a healthier eating plan.

Ladies Keep fit: Wednesday 9.30am – 10.30am
Mens Keep fit: Wednesday 11am – 12noon
Village Hall, Bishopsteignton
£5 per class
Maximum 12 per session
Book a place, and you will be rewarded with gentle stretching, toning and strengthening aimed at mature people and those returning to exercise after a break, illness or injury and will progress gradually to improve your fitness.
Classes will be effective, fun and no 2 will ever be the same !
All ages, abilities and capabilities welcome.
